Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
